Never apply a cure & seal product to concrete that is bleeding or has visible water sheen on the surface. While a clear liquid may be used, a white pigment will provide reflective properties and allow for a visual inspection of coverage.
A single thin even coat is adequate. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO KNOW… that if you choose a one step cure & seal product, it must be applied very carefully on exterior concrete to avoid discoloring or blushing on the concrete surface. If applied too heavy, uneven or overlapped the cure & seal products will cause a darkened area on your concrete surface. The discoloration will cause no harm but will take away from the aesthetics of the concrete surface.
